By downloading, installing, or using Rivulet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Rivulet is a personal life management application that provides tools for dream journaling, family tree archiving, home inventory tracking, and shared care task management. The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (journal entries, family data, inventory items, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
6. Subscription & Payments
The App offers three tiers: Anonymous (Guest), Free (Registered), and Paid. Feature limits apply to the Anonymous and Free tiers. We reserve the right to modify these limits. If your account exceeds new limits due to a change in policy, your existing data will remain accessible, but you may be unable to add new content until you upgrade or delete items. Subscription fees for Paid tiers are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or store policy.
7. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Rivulet and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided without warranties of any kind. Any AI-generated insights or summaries are for reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivulet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
